Please join the African American Democratic Club as it welcomes newly appointed City Administrator Naomi Kelly. Naomi Kelly becomes San Francisco’s first Black Female City Administrator. Naomi Kelly was confirmed by a unanimous vote of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors on February 7th, 2012.

Dr. Justin Morgan has been an active member of the African American Democratic Club and has shown a desire to work with and help those around him. Dr. Justin Morgan has displayed the integrity and leadership needed to help all San Franciscan’s benefit from the growing economic and quality of life opportunities in San Francisco.

Dr. Justin Morgan has dedicated his medical career to community service and social progress. Dr. Morgan is a family physician with the San Francisco Department of Public Health working at a community health center in the Fillmore neighborhood. Dr. Morgan is also on staff at San Francisco General Hospital and the San Francisco Juvenile Hall.

Dr. Justin Morgan’s commitment to public service pre-dates his work as a physician. As an undergraduate at UC Berkeley, Dr. Morgan was active in voter registration and education projects, and in defense of affirmative action and the fight against legislative attacks on undocumented immigrants.
